Are your crystals 100% natural?
Yes. We only use authentic, ethically sourced natural crystals. Natural inclusions, internal ice cracks, and slight color variations are normal and make each piece unique.
What metal materials do you use?
We use 925 Sterling Silver and 14K/18K Gold-Filled findings. They are hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free.
